Peas

Sow into modules in March or seed direct into a prepared bed April – June. A late sowing in late June / July will give a second harvest in September. They are strong growers so I sow 3-4 seeds per 3 inch pots and grow on until they are ready to plant out which is usually 3 weeks or so. If planting direct then sow two or 3 seeds, 1 inch deep, 5 inches apart.
Final planting – Plant into final position direct from module or pot, if planting out early in March then cover with fleece if possible.

Care – The more you pick the more you get! Keep picking and the plant will produce more flowers! More flowers = more peas!
