- Sow: The seed can be a little tricky to germinate so be patient! Sow undercover from January to May, or in Autumn, into seed trays or modules, cover these seeds lightly with compost. Pot on into 3inch pots, Plant out into their final flowering position after frosts. I like to sow mine direct into small terracotta pots, they look wonderful as an outside table decoration.
- Plant: preference for dryish soil, good drainage, in sun. Once established they will happily self seed and you’ll find them popping up all over the place in little corners of your garden.
